The Hornets road* jerseys for the 1950-51 and 1951-52 seasons were similar to the previous season’s jerseys, but featured a tie-down lace on the collar.

The base of the jersey was white and a vertical red stripe on the arm was still being used with the hornet with the steelworker’s helmet, with seven two-inch stars added to each sleeve.

The uniforms were numbered on the front and back.

The hemline had one red horizontal stripe at the base.

The home jerseys were the reverse of this style: red base with white striping and white stars.

The shorts of the the uniform featured vertical striping and the letter “P” on the left leg.

* This style was worn on the road in 1950-51, and at home in 1951-52
